PopinGifts creates personalized animated videos where lovable characters say your child's name and wish them a happy birthday. You simply choose a character, provide your child's name and age, and we create a magical video that makes your child feel special on their birthday.
How quickly will I receive my video?
Our standard delivery time is 24-48 hours. For urgent requests, we offer express delivery options during checkout. Once your video is ready, you'll receive an email with a download link to access your personalized video.
Can I request changes to my video?
Yes! If you're not completely satisfied with your video, we offer one round of revisions free of charge. Simply contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your video with your requested changes.
What age range are these videos suitable for?
Our magical birthday videos are designed for children ages 2-10, but children (and adults!) of all ages enjoy them. We create age-appropriate content that resonates with your child's developmental stage.
Can I download and keep the video?
Absolutely! Your personalized video is yours to keep forever. You can download it to your device, share it with family and friends, or play it multiple times for your child. The download link does not expire.
What if my child's name is difficult to pronounce?
We handle unique and international names with care! During checkout, you can provide phonetic spelling to help us pronounce the name correctly. For very unique names, our team may reach out to confirm pronunciation.
Can I request a custom character?
While we offer a wide variety of characters to choose from, we do not currently create fully custom characters. However, we regularly add new characters to our collection based on customer requests and feedback.
What format are the videos delivered in?
All videos are delivered as high-quality MP4 files that can be played on smartphones, tablets, computers, and smart TVs. Our videos are optimized for easy sharing on social media and messaging apps.
